The CEO of Open Affairs, Mr. Newman Chinda popularly known as Mc Newmanny has written a strong heart warming letter to the government of Nigeria. The Port-Harcourt base controversial entertainer and content creator took to social media as he expresses the need for Government to provide stimulus packages for the citizens at this very point in time of stay at home policy.
He also urges the Stakeholders to extend their official rightful duties to the poor masses in this trying times and not only wait for campaign periods to display act of charity.
In his word (He wrote):
At a time like this, when our Govt. FGN, State, LGA should be spreading Love to the masses, the rightful owners of the resources they over see, they can’t.
- What’s there to send food stuffs to people’s home?
- What’s there to credit the account of Nigerians with valid accounts to stuck up their homes?
- What’s there to ensure there’s steady Power supply in order to make the stay at home worth the while?
- What’s there to keep fending for the people at IDPs who are complaining of hunger, starvation in these trying times?
By this Grace of the Almighty, this Pandemic, we shall see the end and we shall rejoice and thank the Almighty for sparing us. 2023 is close, remember it mustn’t be the Man that has been loyal to the Party that deserves to hold that political office, remember it doesn’t have to be that man the Party wants that should be there, remember it goes beyond zoning cos we are all one Nigeria, One (Rivers or ……………….. State).
2023 should not be about who knows how to play politics, it should be about that person, (male/female) who understands that we need to truly be the Giant of Africa, that person who has Love to spread, that person who possesses good Leadership Qualities, that person who understands that Nigerians deserves to be loved, cared for, Supported, and given the best, irrespective of any thing.
It should be that person who understands it should be Nigerians First, Our State First, Our Senatorial District first, Our Federal/ State Constituents First, Humanity first, Love first, a better Nigeria first.
We know people like this, let’s support them and make Nigeria at large truly the “Giant Of Africa”….
