Over 6 persons lost their lives today at the APC campaign ground in Rivers State.
The victims which were mostly women are said to must have been stampeded to death due to inappropriate coordination of movement.
The campaign which took place at the Adokiye Amiesimaka stadium was witnessed by massive turnout of APC supporters from all the 23 L.G.As in Rivers state who came out to show their loyalty and undying support to their Presidential Candidate President Muhamadu Buhari who was also live at the campaign ground.
This is highly unacceptable, ask yourself this question “Is the government you are dying for also willing to die for you?” While you meditate on that question let’s pray to God to give the families of the victims the fortitude to bear their loss as they mourn the death of their loved ones.
Although it’s too late now to blame the dead. A word they say is enough for the wise.
Rest In Pace to these mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters who left their families and never make it back home.
